Warthogs - we would see plenty of warthogs close to the roads. Especially coming in to Windhoek from the north (from Otjiwarongo)
Warning for steenbok...... we think? At least it was plenty of steenboks around.
Well, we did not see much of this variety of species around on the countryside so it is god to get a warning when you risk running in to any.
Easy! Warning for reindeer! We know this one, we are Swedish!
But the Namibian variety of reindeer seem very athletic from this illustration?
Check out the ears! Not only "warning for elephant" but "warning for ANGRY elephant". They would have this sign ahead of the dry riverbeds where the desert elephant roam.
You all should know what this is.
We think this cat is a leopards so agree a speed limit of 40 is called for.
